Spinning® Born from the Road

‘The Spinning® programme was founded by endurance road cyclists, and their desire to bring that authentic cycling experience indoors.’

Our Spinning® certified instructors will bring you energising, well structured rides to suit all abilities. No gimmicks in The Hay Runner Spinning® classes. Our classes are designed to build strength and stamina, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Great motivational music, fun and suitable for all abilities. Our Spinning® Instructors are there to help you with bike set up and any advice you may need to start a class or to improve along the way.

All classes are online via Face Book Live and Zoom
If you are interested in hiring a bike, joining the wait list, or riding on your own bike, get in touch.
Classes are recorded live and stay in a library for you to access while you are a member.

Running Groups and Women’s Walk 2 Run


Jo is a qualified UK Athletics leader in Running Fitness, and an experienced runner herself.

She offers programmes and groups for all abilities, whether you are a complete beginner or running marathons!

Running Groups for Women

Every Tuesday 9.30am Wednesday evenings 6.30pm (Winter headtorch running)
If you can run 5k and want to start running further, come and join us. We run mainly off road. Our groups are very sociable and supportive.

Jo Lord holds a current DBS check through UK Athletics

 

Bootcamps

Bootcamp

This winter Bootcamp runs for 10 weeks starting every January. Venue to be confirmed and all fitness abilities welcome. You work at your own pace in a very supportive environment. Be prepared to get muddy.
